500 g pork minced meat 3 pcs large red carrots 250 g Chinese cabbage 5 cloves pressed garlic 250 g glass noodles 2 pcs onion fish sauce light soy sauce salt 150 g Judas ear 15 slices rice paper for rolls (semi-finished) vegetable oil for frying

This recipe is suitable for a get-together with friends as well as for an exotic lunch or when craving Asian fast food 🙂

Slice all the Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms into thin strips. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 4 minutes and then drain. Add to the Vegetable Recipes. Season the minced meat with salt and add to the Vegetable Recipes. Make a mixture and season with sauces. Mix well and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the rice paper. Take one sheet and moisten with water until soft. Using a spoon, stuff the paper – about 2 tbsp per 1 paper. Wrap the edges and roll up to finish. Roll as tightly as possible. Fry in oil until golden brown.

You can also make a traditional and original sauce at home. It consists of fish sauce, garlic, chili, sugar and water. Really great.
