The best chicken pieces – both juicy and crispy

Famous chicken pieces, our favorite. You can prepare them two or three days ahead in the fridge and progress fresh, it’s ready very quickly. The recipe worked well for us when we were on holiday in Croatia in our apartment. We just fried them quickly and served them with Vegetable Recipes.

Cut the chicken breast. I cut into thin strips, they are really fast fried. But you can also cut slices or thicker nuggets. Just be careful not to make them too thin, so they don’t get dry, too crispy.

Salt, add baking soda and stir well.

Next, add the starch and lemon juice. Set aside in the refrigerator and let stand for at least 20 minutes.

Rub each piece in flour just before frosting.
5.
Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes on both sides.
