Unbaked bounty cake

100 g biscuits or biscuits 20 g cocoa 20 g butter 30 ml milk 500 g cream cheese (mascarpone, Philadelphia, Lucina, …) 100 g grated coconut (dried) 50 g sugar 1 tbsp Nutella 50 ml whipped cream 50 g dark chocolate (or a combination of milk and dark chocolate)

Beautiful, yet very simple coconut-chocolate dessert…
1.
Grind the biscuits, add the cocoa, butter and finally the milk and work into a thick mixture. Put into a small cake tin (about 18 cm in diameter).

Mix 250g of cream cheese with coconut and sugar and spread over the biscuit base.

Mix the other half of the cream cheese (250g) with Nutella and spread over the coconut mixture.
4.
Heat the cream, add the chocolate and melt, stirring constantly.
5.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
6.
Decorate with coconut chips and shredded coconut.
