400 g plain flour special 100 g powdered sugar 100 g honey 1 pk egg 150 g butter 1 pk baking powder for gingerbread
Filling:
6 pcs large apples 1 handful walnuts ground 1 pcs vanilla sugar 1 pcs cinnamon sugar 2 tbsp icing sugar

Scented Apple Pie

From the ingredients, make the dough as for a classic pita and put it in the fridge for a while.

Peel and core the apples, season with icing sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. You can add a handful of ground nuts. Sometimes I make the filling with nuts, sometimes without nuts.

Divide the dough in half. Roll out one part and transfer to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the apple filling on the sheet. Roll out the other sheet in the same way and cover with the apple filling.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar at the end.
