First, make the soy granules by pouring boiling water over them. Season it with soy sauce, veggies, salt, ground black pepper. Let it sit for a while and then put it in a sieve to drain all the water.

Wash the garlic clean and press it into the soy granules. In order to shape such fashirky so you need to add a little breadcrumbs or soaked bread or roll to the soy mixture.
