Sour potato soup with beans, egg and dill

1 kg cleaned and cut potatoes pcs water 1 pcs onion 2 pcs garlic pcs butter 1 tsp salt 6 pcs whole black pepper 200 g green beans 3 pcs boiled egg pcs black pepper pcs fresh dill 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp sugar

This soup is really popular in our family. Especially with the kids.
1. Put the sliced potatoes in the pot, which I cover with cold water just enough to cover them. 2. Add the onion whole, garlic whole, salt, a pinch of butter and whole black pepper. 3. Boil the whole mixture for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. 4. Take out the ingredients like – onion, garlic, pepper. 5. Blend the remaining potatoes into a thick mash. 6. Season the whole mixture with a combination of apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt for a sweet and sour taste – to everyone’s taste. 7. Add the chopped green beans along with the beaten eggs. Stir, do not bring to a boil. 8. Add a handful of chopped fresh dill. And immediately remove from the heat. 9. Let the soup stand for 10 minutes to let the flavors come through. Serve warm.
