1. Cut the peppers, remove the grains and put them in boiling water for 10 minutes so that they can be easily peeled. Cut them into small pieces, put them in a blender and puree. Put it in a saucepan and add 60 grams of butter, black pepper, salt and a little tabasco. Mix well. 2. Cut the fish into 8 parts. Season with salt and pepper, coat with flour, then brush with beaten egg and finally with grated Parmesan cheese. Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan and place the fish medallions in it, frying them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Place two madaillions on each plate and garnish with paprika puree.
