A quick, very easy and fantastic tasty cake with an amazing frosting that everyone can handle! Really suitable for any occasion…

Whisk the whole eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Then, alternately whisk in the oil and flour, which you’ve already mixed with the cocoa and PDP beforehand. Pour the finished dough onto an oiled, floured baking sheet (35x25cm) and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.

While the dough is baking make the icing. Put the milk, sugar, cocoa and oil in a saucepan. Bring the whole thing to the boil and cook for 5-6minutes. The frosting should thicken a little. Put the finished frosting aside for now.

Cut the baked, still slightly warm dough and pour all the icing on it. The icing should still be warm, but not very hot. The dough will soak up the glaze nicely, so no need to worry 🙂 Finally, decorate the cake with coconut, nuts, pistachios or almonds 🙂
