Quick and extremely juicy gingerbread with jam

Cup = 250 ml
3 pcs medium egg 3/4 cup cane sugar or muscovado sugar 2 cups plain flour 1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tbsp sifted cocoa 3 tbsp strawberry jam 1 tsp baking soda 1 pk gingerbread powder 2 cups lukewarm milk 3/4 cup oil

If you like quick mug recipes, you definitely shouldn’t miss this one. The gingerbread is supple, moist and soft with a wonderful cocoa and cinnamon aroma.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk them with the sugar until frothy.

Add the cinnamon, cocoa, jam to the beaten mixture and mix well.

Place two cups of flour in another bowl and stir in the baking soda and gingerbread powder.

Now add the lukewarm milk to the well-mixed batter.

Mix well, pour into a greased taller baking pan and pop into the oven.

After about 25 minutes of baking, the cake can be removed from the oven and allowed to cool.

Slice, or decorate, you can drizzle with chocolate, but we stick to the less is more rule. Enjoy!
