1/2 kg plums 40 g butter 40 g plain flour 1 dl milk a little ground cinnamon to taste lemon juice a little water a little salt
procedure
1.
Peel the plums, wash and boil them in water.
2.
Make a roux of butter and flour, pour milk and water over it, add it to the cooked plums, add a little salt, sweeten and boil.

Finally acidify with lemon juice.
