2 tsp INKA cereal mix 100 ml boiling water 1 cup diced watermelon without seeds 1/2 cup white natural yoghurt 4 pcs sage leaves 4 pcs mint leaves 2 tbsp honey 2 pcs scoops of vanilla ice cream 1 tsp finely chopped pistachios

Cover 2 teaspoons of INKA cereal mix with boiling water, let cool and pour into a bowl

Then add watermelon, white yogurt, sage and mint leaves. Finally, add honey and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Blend the whole mixture until a nice fluffy drink is formed.
