400 g salmon 1/2 pk lemon a little oil 500 g potatoes 200 ml cooking cream 1 tbsp dried herbs 50 g grated eidam cheese to taste salt
procedure
1. Wash the salmon fillets, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and leave to rest for a while. 2. In a frying pan, brown the fillets briefly on both sides in hot oil and transfer to a baking dish. Garnish with sliced potatoes. Cover with cream mixed with salt and herbs. 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
