4 pcs white fish 1 KL salt, ground black pepper, cumin 2 KL dried herbs 1/2 pcs lemon 2 tbsp butter
procedure
1. Wash the fish, dry it and make small incisions on the surface. Season the fish with salt, pepper, cumin and a drizzle of lemon juice. 2. Place them in a greased baking dish, drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
