2 pcs trout 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper 2 KL garlic paste 1 tbsp lemon juice 150 g bacon sliced a little oil
procedure
1. Wash the trout, dry if you want you can cut off the head. Season them inside and out with salt and ground black pepper. Grease a baking dish with oil. 2. Rub the trout with garlic paste, drizzle with lemon juice and wrap in bacon slices. Place them in a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180°C covered with foil. Shortly before they are done, take the foil off and finish baking.
