2 pcs trout 1 pcs lemon 1 bunch thyme 1 clove garlic 6 bacon to taste salt, ground black pepper a little olive oil
procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the lemon thoroughly, squeeze the juice from half of it and cut the other half into slices. Wash the fish, pat dry with a paper towel and make indentations on the surface. Place them in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. 2. Place a few thyme leaves, pressed garlic and lemon slices in the notches. Wrap the fish with the bacon slices and drizzle with olive oil. Place them in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the fish is cooked through.
