Crostini with paprika-parsley spread and zucchini

1 pk red bell pepper 3 pk tomato 2 cloves garlic 1 handful hazelnuts extra virgin olive oil salt ground black pepper 1 pk smaller zucchini

Fantastic spread of roasted Vegetable Recipes.

Wash the Vegetable Recipes. Place the cut peppers, tomatoes and cleaned garlic in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

Mix the roasted Vegetable Recipes with the nuts and two tablespoons of olive oil. (Clean the tomatoes of their skins before mixing.) If the sauce is thick, add water. Finally, season with salt and black pepper. Cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and fry.

Place a spoonful of the spread on the toasted baguette slices and layer the zucchini. Drizzle with olive oil.
