1/2 pk large carrot 1/2 pk larger zucchini leek, or onion cheese Lucina or mild cottage cheese seasonings (dried or fresh garlic, salt, curry spices)

Put the finely chopped smaller leeks, (or onions) on a teardrop grater, shredded carrots and zucchini on a piece of butter to fry for a few minutes, season to taste, for example with dried or fresh garlic, curry spices, salt…

Turn off the heat and stir in the Lucina cheese (or plain cottage cheese), which will melt slightly and combine nicely with the sautéed veggies. Can be served hot or chilled
