Breakfast at the cottage, tasty and filling.

1.

First, make the lechon. Make a lecho with onions, peppers and tomatoes in oil. I added a piece of sausage towards the end. Season the lentils with salt and ground black pepper.

From milk, egg, salt,flour make a dough, which we turn into an omelette in a frying pan in oil. This is nice and fluffy.

Fill the omelette with lentils

Finally roll the omelette and breakfast is ready. Enjoy.
