Pork stewed on mushrooms

600 g pork shoulder meat 3 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 150 g fresh mushrooms 20 g plain flour 1 pinch crushed cumin to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into slices. Slightly tenderize them, season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion and clean the mushrooms. 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides. Add the onions and fry everything together. Season the mixture with cumin and pepper and add the mushrooms. Add a little water and simmer everything covered. 3. When the cutlets are soft, dust them with flour and simmer for a short time. Serve preferably with rice and sour pickles.
