250 g margarine 125 g powdered sugar 1 pk vanillin sugar Juice of 1/2 lemon 50 g ground nuts 500 g plain flour

Classic pastry for the holidays.
1.
Mix the softened margarine and icing sugar.
2.
Add vanillin sugar, lemon juice , lemon zest, nuts and flour.
3.
Make the dough, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
4.
After resting, roll out on a floured board to about 3-4 mm thick and cut out.
5.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 min at 200 C. Once cooled, stick together with any jam.
