Grilled apples

ingredients

4 pcs apple 1 pcs lemon 4 tbsp apricot jam 3 tbsp orange juice a little fresh mint a little butter

1.

Wash the apples thoroughly, cut them open, remove the cores and cut them into eighths.

2.

Spray them with lemon juice and place them on a heated grill. Grill on both sides until golden.

3.

Mix the apricot jam with the orange juice in a saucepan and reheat (do not boil).

4.

Pile the heated jam on top of the apples and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

5.

Drizzle everything with melted butter and serve immediately. Enjoy!
