700 g chicken breast 1 pk larger onion 5 pk fresh mushrooms 4 pk pickled cucumbers 1 pk sweet cream 1 tbsp oil to taste worcestershire sauce to taste ketchup to taste salt to taste ground black pepper

Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces and fry in oil until glassy. Wash the chicken breasts, drain, cut into smaller pieces and add to the onions.

Add the peeled and cut into smaller pieces mushrooms and saute together until almost tender. Add a little water as needed.

Add the cucumbers cut into small cubes, mustard and a little ketchup. Simmer until soft.
4.
Finally, pour in the cream, season with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce and let simmer for a few more minutes.
5.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
