1 tbsp oil 1 can tomato sauce 1 KL salt 1 KL sugar 1 tbsp parsley 1 clove garlic 1 KL chili

A great savory relish that combines crunchy corn triangles with a simple hot sauce.
1.
Prepare the dough for the corn triangles.

Fry onion, bell pepper, parsley, basil, dried garlic, chili in oil and set aside.

In a bowl mix water, coconut milk, salt, corn flour and add the roasted Vegetable Recipes.
4.
Bake the pesto for 15 minutes at 180°C.

For the hot sauce, mix oil and tomato sauce in a saucepan, add salt, sugar, parsley, garlic, chili and simmer for a while.
6.
Turn the baked dough out of the pan and cut into triangles (see video).
7.
Fry the triangles on both sides in a pan with oil.
8.
Serve with spicy sauce, sprinkled with fresh coriander.
