80 g bacon 1 can mushrooms 2 pcs bambino cheese 2 tbsp milk 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1 packet penne
procedure
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in lightly salted boiling water. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. 2. Cut the bacon into very small pieces and fry it in a frying pan. When the bacon is nicely browned, stir in the cheese and melt it, stirring constantly. If the sauce is very thick, add a little milk. Season the sauce with pressed garlic, mushrooms and chopped parsley. Set aside. 3. Drain the pasta, wash it with cold water and let it drain. Put them on plates and pour the mushroom sauce over them.
