Gluten-free Frankfurt soup

1 butter 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 pk onion 1 tsp cumin crushed 4 pk gluten-free sausage 2 tbsp ground red pepper 2 pk potato 1 tbsp gluten-free flour 1 liter beef broth 1 tsp dried marjoram

A delicious, mild, old familiar snack soup in a gluten free version.
1.
In a saucepan, heat the butter with the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté.

Add the crushed cumin seeds and sauté until the onions are soft.
3.
Add the diced gluten-free sausage and sauté.
4.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and stir.
5.
Add diced potatoes and dust with gluten-free flour.
6.
Stir and immediately pour in the warm beef broth.
7.
Cook covered for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
8.
Add dried marjoram to taste at the end.
9.
Serve.
