ingredients
6 pcs larger mushrooms 3 pcs egg pcs grated cheese for baking 4 pcs medium sized carrots 1 pcs medium sized celery pcs salt, black pepper, rosemary pcs ground red pepper pcs chilli pepper
procedure
1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Season them lightly with salt and place them on a greased baking tray. 2. Make a scrambled egg, not too thick but not too runny either. Just right. You can put whatever you like in the scrambled eggs (onion, a little bacon, diced bacon, etc.), I made just eggs, of course, add a little salt or a pinch of pepper and rosemary. 3. Fill the mushroom heads with the finished scrambled eggs and sprinkle a little more grated cheese on top. Bake for about 10-15min at 180c until the cheese is nicely melted and slightly browned. 4. Clean the carrots and celery and cut into fries. Put them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, add a little chilli and paprika (to taste) stir to make sure everything is nicely evenly rooted and put on a greased baking tray or baking sheet with baking paper. Bake such healthy fries for about 20min, at 180-200deg. and finally put a little more under the grill to make them crispy. 5. Enjoy
