200 g walnuts 5 tbsp rum 100 g icing sugar
White fake marzipan
200 g Cera 200 g icing sugar 200 g milk powder 1 tbsp almond flavour

Cesto: Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the oil, lukewarm water and finally mix in the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Finally, stir in the egg whites.

Bake the dough at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes. Spread the cooled dough with jam and put the filling.

Filling: mix nuts, sugar and rum to make a paste, which you spread on the cake and let it sit for a while to harden.

Meanwhile, prepare the marzipan by grating the ceria and mixing it with the sugar, milk powder and almond flavour.

Using a rolling pin, transfer the rolled out marzipan to the filling and press it lightly on the filling with a rolling pin. Leave to set in the fridge.

Then cut the slices, dipping the tops into the melted chocolate and cerise.
