Cup = 200 ml. Put the grated pumpkin in a saucepan with the sugar and let it sit for a while to let the juices run clear, then drain it.

Add oil, chopped nuts, semolina and finally flour with baking powder.

Mix everything together, pour onto a greased and floured baking sheet and bake at 190°C.

Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing.
