Delicious ham and cheese braids

250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g plain flour extra special 1 pk egg 1,5 dl melted butter 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 2,5 dl lukewarm milk 30 g fresh yeast 150 g ham hard cheese (eidam) 1 pk egg yolk

Excellent braids (not only) for breakfast.
1.
I use a baking machine to prepare the dough.If you don’t have one,you prepare the dough the classic way and let it rise in a warm place.

After the dough has risen, turn it out onto a board and knead it

and divide into about 30 equal parts.

Roll out each part to about 15 cm and place a piece of ham on top.

Then knit 3 at a time and

Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.Leave on the baking sheet to proof for about 10-15 mins.Brush with egg yolk before baking

and sprinkle with grated cheese

Bake for about 13-15 min,at 180°C.until golden.
