3 pcs egg whites 3 pcs cherry tomatoes 1 pcs onions 1 pcs carrots 2 pcs lettuce leaves 1 tbsp olive oil parmesan salt

A wonderful post-workout meal full of protein.
1.
Fry onion in olive oil and add cleaned, finely chopped carrots, 3 cherry tomatoes and chopped 2 lettuce leaves.

Slightly fry and pour 3 egg whites. Season lightly with salt (but not necessary), cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelette over a gentle heat.
3.
Place 1-2 lettuce leaves on a plate, place the omelette on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roll up like a wrap and serve.
