It is very simple to prepare. You can use whatever fish you have. The kids will love it. That’s what an English fish pie is like.
1. Preheat a deep frying pan with butter. 2. Add the chopped spring onions. Sauté for a few minutes. 3. Add the cornflour and stir to combine the mixture. 4. Stir in the milk. 5. Add English mustard. 6. Next, put in the chopped tilapia fish. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Add frozen peas and frozen sweet corn. 9. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheddar cheese. 10. Mix. 11. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. 12. Cover the whole mixture with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheddar cheese. 13. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 50 minutes. 14. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve.
