procedure
1. Use 2 carp fillets, which we salt and pepper, pour lemon juice, sprinkle with thyme and grated lemon rind, put butter slices and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 deg. C. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Sauté the shallots in butter until glassy, pour in the wine and stock. 3. Season with lemon, salt, pepper and thicken with butter. 4. Serve with potatoes.
