300 g roast chicken 1 pineapple 1 can tangerine compote 2 tbsp chopped almonds a little ground black pepper a little ground red pepper a little salt a little sugar 50 g mayonnaise 2 tbsp cognac 3 tbsp cognac 3 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp lettuce 1 packet toasted bread

Cut the meat and pineapple into about two-inch pieces in the prepared bowl.

Add the mandarin oranges without juice, chopped almonds, season with a little black pepper and sweet paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

Toss the mixture, cover and let the flavours mingle.

Prepare the mayonnaise sauce to which cognac, ketchup and lemon juice will be added.

Serve in bowls that have been lined with lettuce leaves. Pour the sauce over.

Finally garnish with toasted bread cut into cubes.
