2 pcs kohlrabi 2 pcs carrots
Sauce:
150 g white cream yoghurt 1 tbsp oil a little sugar a little salt a little chives

1.
Rinse the kohlrabi,clean the carrots and grate coarsely.
2.
Flavor the yogurt with oil, sugar, salt and chopped chives. Mix the dressing with the Vegetable Recipes and serve immediately. The salad can be garnished with young kohlrabi leaves.
