Light lunch or dinner for summer days.

Prepare the tin foil and place four lemon slices on top.

Roast and season with salt.
3.
Place a washed and dried slice of fresh salmon on top of the lemon.
4.
Salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
5.
Place two slices of butter on the salmon.
6.
Sprinkle with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
7.
Wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes.
8.
Before serving, sprinkle with a handful of chopped fresh basil.
