Looking back at Christmas …

Instead of hazelnuts and almonds, you can use butter cookies. Or a combination of 150g biscuits and 150g almonds/hazelnuts.

Mix all the ingredients together and work into a compact mass with your hands. Divide it into 10-12 balls, from which form doughnuts. Then skewer the corn flakes into the doughnuts in a circle, starting from the bottom.

Let the hot doughnuts set in the refrigerator for about half an hour and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. If you use biscuits, you will definitely need to add more butter.

If you find the mixture crumbly, just add more butter or milk to make the cornflakes easy to skewer.
