400 g pork with bone 2 pcs onion 2 tbsp lard 2 dl sour cream 1 pcs red pepper pcs salt, pepper, parsley
step
Burn the chopped onion in the lard, add the meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper, cover with water and cook until tender. Then remove the meat and pick off the bone. Chop the meat and put it back into the soup. Add the chopped peppers and simmer. Finally, add the cream and parsley.
