An amazing apple dessert,

ingredients
150 g semi-coarse flour 150 g granulated sugar 6 pcs egg yolk 1 dl milk 1 dl oil 2 tbsp dark cocoa 1/2 packet baking powder
Filling:
6 pcs apples 6 pcs egg whites 2 pcs vanilla sugar
On top:

In season or out of season, apple pies are very popular in many households, so there are never enough good recipes for them 🙂 This one is very simple and quick to make. It is even suitable for a more festive occasion.

Since it’s wiser to start by grating the apples so that we don’t snore later, we’ll first grate the apples on large tears, which we’ll set aside for now.

In a bowl, first beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy, then progressively add the oil, milk, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix everything together well and spread the batter on a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 160 °C for about 15-20 minutes. The top of the dough should be a little baked, harder

While the pastry is baking, whip the egg whites with the vanilla sugar and lightly fold in the apples. Spread this mixture on the dough before it’s done baking, so after those 15 minutes of baking, look at the dough in the oven and when the top is harder, you can put the apple mixture on top. Spread evenly over the dough and put it back in the oven to bake for 20 minutes

On top of the cooled baked cake we can make a chocolate frosting to taste and let it set. Enjoy.
