Love goes through the stomach, everyone knows that And this is how you can easily conjure up a unique Valentine’s Day dessert for your other half without much effort from ordinary pancakes
1.
First, we will prepare everything you need for the pancake batter. If you already have your tried and tested one, you can do that too I also have this one of my own, which is really delicious.
2.
From flour, sugar, salt, PDP, milk and water, use a whisk to mix a smooth pancake batter. It should be neither too thick nor too thin. After mixing, add the oil and mix it gently. The oil should not be completely lost in the batter
3.
Finally, make pancakes in a quite classic way. Since we have oil in the pancake batter, you only need to drizzle very sparsely on the pan. I tend to put a few drops under the first pancake and then just a few drops under every fourth-fifth
4.
From this batch I made 23 pancakes of 18cm size. I always make slightly thicker pancakes, I don’t like them like paper They have to be at least 1mm thick,so you can feel the taste of the batter, not just the filling.
5.
Malina sauce is very easy to prepare. Add sugar to raspberries and bring to boil.Simmer raspberries for 4-5minutes and add starch mixed in water. With starch also simmer for 3-4minutes. The sauce should be thicker, about like pudding Put the finished sauce aside. Everyone can add sugar according to taste, it always depends on the fruit that how sour it is.
6.
Chocolate icing is also very easy to prepare. Break the chocolate, add the whipping cream and bring the whole thing to a slow boil. Stir and heat until you have a smooth frosting.
7.
We have 3 pancakes 1 serving. Sprinkle half of the pancakes with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon and arrange in a triangle. You can have a different filling or none at all But I highly recommend this way with cinnamon, it’s delicious.
8.
And now we just need sauce, chocolate and ice cream Vanilla fits perfectly. You can also make the sauce with strawberries or other small fruits You can use frozen or fresh ones.I used our frozen ones from the garden.
9.
Place the sauce on one side of the pancakes, put 2 scoops of ice cream on the other and top with chocolate.
10.
To taste, you can sprinkle the top with crushed nuts or almonds. I wish you and your spouse a good taste!
