4 tbsp oil 1 tsp crushed cumin 1 pk onion 500 g pork shoulder to taste salt to taste black pepper 1,5 tbsp ground sweet paprika 2 pk bay leaf 1/2 liter broth 250 g sauerkraut 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp marjoram

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and put the crushed cumin seeds in it.

Next, add the finely chopped onion, which you sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add the cubed meat and stir until it is pulled in.

Salt, pepper and add red pepper. Stir well.

Spoon in water or broth.

Add bay leaf and finely chopped sauerkraut.
7.
Stir, bring to a boil and close the pressure cooker. Cook for about 40 minutes.

Just before boiling, add garlic and marjoram.
9.
Serve with potatoes cooked in their skins, sprinkle with fresh spring onions.
