Baked fruit with gingerbread

2 pears 2 apples 1 packet Gingerbreads Dr Gerard with fruit filling 1 handful raisins 3 tsp brown sugar 2 tbsp butter to taste cinnamon
procedure

Clean and halve the pears and apples. Using a spoon or vegetable peeler, scoop out the cores and the insides to make them hollow.

Prepare a bowl in which you mix the sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, crumble the Dr Gerard’s gingerbread using a fork and sprinkle it on top of the sugar and cinnamon.

Fill each fruit with raisins, sugar and cinnamon, a little butter and crushed gingerbread.

Place the filled fruit on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the fruit so that the filling is facing upwards.

Bake in the oven on the top and bottom heat, at 180 degrees from 15-20 minutes.
6.
Serve hot and can garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
