2 handfuls mixed leaf lettuce 6 pcs cherry tomato 1/3 pcs cucumber 2 pcs radish 1 pcs celery stalk 1 pcs sweet red pepper without seeds salt ground black pepper 1/2 pcs lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, progressively add all the Vegetable Recipes that you have washed beforehand and cut to your liking

Salt and pepper the prepared Vegetable Recipes, add lemon juice, olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.

Toss lightly.

Set aside for about 5 minutes to allow the flavours to combine and serve as a main course or as a side dish with meat or fish.
