Quick pea spread with feta cheese

150 g peas (fresh al. frozen) 120 g Feta 2 tbsp white yoghurt 1/2 clove garlic 1/2 pk lemon (juice) 1/2 KL ground black pepper cherry tomatoes, black sesame (optional)

Excellent spread of a beautiful green color that tastes divine.

If using frozen peas, pour boiling water over them and let them drain in a strainer and stand for about 10 minutes.

Place the peas in a bowl, add the cubed feta cheese, yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice and pepper. Do not add salt, as the cheese is salty enough.

Then blend everything together with an immersion blender to make a creamy spread.

Serve the pea spread with fresh bread and garnish with fresh cherry tomatoes or black sesame seeds.
