The mushrooms are very healthy. This soup is made with mushrooms and you will enjoy it.

Peel and finely chop the greens and potatoes. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin strips. Peel and chop the garlic.

Fry the garlic in the oil, add the Vegetable Recipes and fry briefly. Pour in water, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.

Thicken the cooked Vegetable Recipes with flour whisked in a little cold water.

From the flour, egg and salt, make a dough in a bowl, from which, using a spoon, insert small gnocchi into the soup. Boil briefly and when they float to the surface, the soup is ready. Add the chopped fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
