broccoli (half head) 2 pcs carrots 1 pcs parsley 1 pcs medium potato 1 tbsp butter sea salt ground black pepper

1.
Clean, wash and cut the greens into smaller pieces. Remove the florets from the broccoli.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the Vegetable Recipes (carrots, parsley and potato) briefly, cover with a litre of water.
3.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, add broccoli and continue cooking until tender.
4.
Mix the soup in a blender and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Serve with toasted bread.
