Place the pre-washed and dried shark steaks in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of one lemon. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then use a napkin to pat the steak pieces dry of the remaining lemon juice.

Then season the dried shark steaks with salt and pepper. Add a little crushed garlic, cumin and herbs. Sauté in butter (ghee) for approximately 20 minutes. Serve with potatoes and Vegetable Recipes fried in butter.
