Delicate omelette with pears and emmental

1 tbsp oil or butter 1 pcs smaller pear 3 pcs egg 2 slices of Emmentaler a little parsley to taste salt, ground black pepper

Pears and cheese go perfectly together. I added some eggs and made a rather unconventional but delicious omelette.
1.
Heat the oven (grill function) to 180°C. Move the grill rack under the top grill. Heat a drop of oil or butter in a frying pan, add thin slices of peeled pear and fry until golden brown on one side.

Turn the pears, pour over them eggs beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Let the bottom pull in, place the cheese slices on top and sprinkle with parsley.
4.
Finish the omelette under the grill and serve with warmed bread that has been rubbed with a clove of garlic.
