I brought bedle from my walk. I love them with bread and tartar sauce.
1.
Cut the bedle into portions, season with salt, roll in plain flour, beaten egg and finally breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until nice and crispy.

I served with bread and tartar sauce. I just love this dish.
