250 g fresh mushrooms 250 ml whipping cream 500 ml milk 1 pk small onion 3 cloves garlic salt ground black pepper vegeta butter plain flour

Excellent and aromatic cream soup.
1.
Fry chopped onion and garlic in butter, add sliced mushrooms, add salt and simmer until mushrooms release their juices.
2.
Pour in milk, season with pepper and let it boil.
3.
Mix 1 tbsp of flour in the cream and pour into the soup, cook for 15 minutes, season and serve.
