1 pcs larger pumpkin 3 tbsp oatmeal pcs salt pcs dill 1 pcs onion 180 ml sour cream

Soup without flour, vinegar and sugar.
1.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate coarsely. Sauté onion in oil, add pumpkin, add salt and simmer.

Add 3 tbsp oatmeal, I use bought already chopped.

Add sour cream.
4.
Finally dill. No need to season the soup.
5.
We like it with stewed pork, with bread or potatoes.
